Hi everyone! I am now mobile, tee hee! Although I'm not quite crawling yet, I am able to get around by pulling myself forward with my arms. So far, I've gotten into some areas that mommy and daddy did not want me to such as, the inside of the dvd player! I love gadgets! I can't wait to get my hands on all of daddy's wires and electronic gadgets. My parents thought they could trick me by getting me a 'fake' remote control, but I knew right away it wasn't the real thing - you can't fool me! One day I'll be pressing all the butons on the remote so I can choose what I want to watch on tv instead that stupid olympics that mommy and daddy have been watching EVERYDAY for a couple of weeks now! My favorite show is the Peekaboo show the With Mother show, and Hell's Kitchen - my favorite chef is my daddy though!
Hmm, what else? Well, besides from moving all over the place now, I have been making a lot more noise recently. I quite enjoy squealing at the highest pitch possible. It really gets everyone's attention! And when I'm bored, I just make a continuous whining noise until someone picks me up! ;-) In the food department, I have recently tried sweet potatoes for the first time, and they were pretty yummy! Mommy just made me some organic pureed pears last night in her new baby food maker that grandma and grandpa gave to her. She's really excited about it - she keeps talking about how she can't wait for summer so that she can make some different fruits for me and combine them too! So far, I've tried peas (not a big fan!), carrots (they're okay), sweet potatoes (as I mentioned), pears, apples, and rice cereal (both American and Japanese style). But when daddy gave me the okayu (Japanese rice cereal), he made it too thick and I was constipated for a couple of days - my poop looked like cat poop, yuck! Mommy and daddy were kind of grossed out, haha! Nowadays however, nobody can change my diaper that easily anymore. Now that I'm able to move around, once the diaper comes off I just start to roll away. It's really funny because it takes them quite a while to get my new diaper on - I think that's a fun game! teehee!
